Office of Staff Training

In 2000, this office was consolidated with duties related to staff training, including short-term, medium-term and long-term.

Goals:

1. Increasing the actual professional ability and cultivating the potential abilities of the employees to perform the duties and missions of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

2. Improving the individual and group performance of employees in the organization.

3. Developing and upgrading the level of knowledge, insight and professional and specialized skills of employees.

4. Preparing employees to take on new and higher duties and responsibilities and helping to improve the human resources pyramid of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

5. Training in proportion to growth and job responsibility.

6. Update human resource training in order to create opportunities for growth of creativity and innovation in them.

7. Presenting new methods of staff training according to the changes in the basic concepts of training in the world.

8. Facilitate and accelerate the realization of organizational goals.

9. Facilitate for upgrading the scientific and professional degrees of the employees working in the department.

10. Creating a platform and equalizing the use of training opportunities for employees.

Tasks of the staff training office:

 1- Preparing and presenting macro programs and educational plans in line with the policies, goals and strategies of the country and the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

2- Planning for the implementation of a comprehensive system of training government employees based on the policies of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

3- Recognition educational needs to optimize the knowledge, attitude, skills and upgrade the educational level of the staff and faculty members of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

4- Preparing, compiling, approving and communicating instructions and training standards for employees based on the goals, policies and duties of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture to empower employees.

5- Planning for the development and expansion of the management of information system of staff training in the country.

6- Planning to apply and develop new educational methods in order to increase educational opportunities and productivity.

7- Planning to improve the knowledge, productivity and entrepreneurial skills of the employees of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

8- Educational planning to help improve the use of new technologies in the administrative and managerial processes of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

9- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of staff training programs, processes and standards.

10- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of research and educational centers and ranking, presenting performance records for each of the centers.

11- Assessing and evaluating the effect of short-term training courses based on scientific models, at the levels of reaction, learning, behavior and modification of related processes.

12- Determining performance indicators and educational productivity.

13- Planning and organizing the educational affairs of the employees in order to reform the human resources pyramid of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.

14- Preparing and compiling rules and regulations for employees to benefit from educational opportunities inside and outside the country.

15- Participating in various commissions, seminars and meetings according to the order and preparing the required reports.

16- Proposing the required budget of the office to the relevant units.
